The Pacific Villa, a 5000 + sq ft ocean front home located on the pristine Oregon coast has private beach access with its very own stairs to the beach.

This home is well suited for your corporate meeting, church group, family reunion, or just about anyone who needs plenty of space for all to relax and enjoy each other's company.

Up to 25 people may come and enjoy this magnificent property with plenty of room for everyone. This amazing home is equipped with 2 living rooms, a game room with pool table, foosball table and air hockey.

When you stay at "the Villa," take time out to relax in the indoor hot tub, marvel at the spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean, gaze at the stars that fill the nightime sky and stroll along the sandy beach. You won't want to leave.

Upstairs Bedrooms: On the main (upper) level there is a full kitchen, living room, and dining area. The master bedroom has panoramic ocean views as well as a king bed, large spa tub, and walk in shower. The second bedroom has 3 twin beds. The third bedroom has 1 Queen bed. The fourth bedroom has 2 Queen Beds.

Downstairs bedrooms: First bedroom has 1 twin over full size bunk bed, second bedroom has 1 Queen bed, third bedroom has 1 King bed, and the fourth bedroom has 1 King bed.

Totaling 8 bedrooms (4 upstairs and 4 downstairs): 5 Twin Beds, 4 Queen Beds, and 3 King Beds. In addition, there are 2 full size sofa sleepers and 1 Queen size sofa sleeper.
