This home is nestled in a quite, child friendly neighborhood with very little car traffic and just down the street is a children's play area.

This home has 3 Bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 guests. The home is furnished with 3 full beds and 1 Queen Master bed. The living room has a sofa, love seat and a 27" TV with DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped and all appliances, except a dishwasher, are provided.

There are 2 decks, one deck has a nice 6 person Sundance Hot Tub. Outdoors, you'll find a patio table, seating for 8 and a propane BBQ grill.

The home is located in the Cutlers City area of South of Lincoln City. The home is just a 2-minute walk to the beach at Josephine Park and just a 5-10 minute walk to the Bay House Restaurant (one of the best restaurant on the central Oregon coast).
