POOL RULES: No one under the age of 14 is allowed in the spa. Children under the age of 16 must be with an adult while in pool/spa area. No babies are allowed in the pool. Children must be potty trained - swim diapers are not allowed. Babies are not allowed in the pool or in pool area at any time. All other rules are posted in pool area. Smoking is not allowed on balconies or within 10 feet of building.

Seaside Treasures suite is an inviting, beautifully decorated 3rd floor suite (recently updated 12/09). This spacious suite is ideal for a family-vacation or a couple's romantic getaway. Its atmosphere is relaxing and peaceful with great views of the Pacific Ocean waves and magnificent sunsets. This condo comfortably accommodates four - with a queen bed in the bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. You will find that Seaside Treasures has all the amenities a couple or family could want to have a great time, relaxing or playing in the sun on the beach.
This suite has a fully-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, flat screen TVs, movie collection, and easy access to miles of sandy beaches. The complex features an indoor mineral swimming pool and hot tub; easy, nearby low beach access to miles of sandy beaches and kids playground just across the street. This is a great rental for a couple or family!
Seaside Treasures is located within walking distance from the park, grocery stores, Chinook Winds Casino, and many restaurants. This suite has easy beach access which you could walk along the beach to the casino or one of the many local restaurants. It has its own private balcony where you could leisurely sit out listening to music while overlooking the beautiful evening sunset. Pull the sun shades down on the sliding glass door during bright days and enjoy a movie or romantic lunch for two.
